Who are Tulja Jewellers
Tulja is a leading Asian Jewellers located on Green Street, London. With over 10 years of trading experience, the family business specialises in 22ct Indian white/yellow gold, diamond and platinum jewellery.
With a dramatic rise in smash and grab attacks in recent years, Mr Vijay Lodhia, Proprietor of Tulja Jewellers decided it was time to update their front of shop aluminium entrance, with a door that met the security needs of an industry that demands a much higher level of safety than he was offering his staff and customers.
We were approached by Mr Lodhia to create a replica of his current aluminium sliding door entry system, but in powder coated stainless steel that offered a much higher level of security whilst still complimenting the aesthetics of the building. During a consultation and on site survey with Warriors security experts, Mr Lodhia expressed his need for the new door to be higher and wider, to allow for easier access for all of his customers – a task for Warrior as the weight of the door would severely increase, reaching the FAAC’s maximum recommended weight.
Taking all of Mr Lodhias needs into consideration and with the help of technical experts at FAAC, Warrior designed and manufactured a stainless steel powder coated interlocking sliding door, featuring African cedar hardwood inserts, 19mm ballistic resistant glass and mag locks, that now offers Tulja Jewellers the highest level of security on the market.
Alongside the advice of FAAC, our factory based team of engineers worked tirelessly to design, manufacture and install our first ever door of this kind in just 7 weeks.
Due to the quick turn around and effective installation of our high security sliding door, alongside the added height and width, all of Tuljas customers can now experience an easy entrance to the Jewellers. With convenient in store entry and exit controls, Mr Lodhias can be assured that his staff, customer and stock are safe behind the most secure door on the market that has been tried and tested to withstand an attempt at forced entry and come out still fit for purpose.
