Warrior have strong CSR initiatives in place. One of these is Brett Barratt’s continued support for Africa Equip for which Warrior Doors fund a container of valuable educational equipment and have done so for nearly two decades.
We want all of our employees to feel they can make a difference to communities. Whilst it is important to support charities local to your homes, we also think of other deprived countries who need our help.
Warrior Doors have been collecting donated equipment, such as desks, sewing machines, Braille books to help a charity close to its heart in Africa called Africa Equip whose primary objective is to make a difference to children in Africa by helping them go to school and creating job projects.
Solihull Community Housing
Warrior Doors donated Solihull Community Housing’s 500th door free of charge.
Providing high security doors for social housing has been the key focus for Warrior since it was founded in 1997, so we are always delighted to help improve the living space for tenants in social housing blocks, especially when it’s helping improve a community just around the corner from our Birmingham factory.
Warrior are 3 years into a much larger redevelopment programme with Solihull Community Housing and Wates Living Space. We look forward to continuing our relationship with both companies and to assist them with many more redevelopment programmes in the future.
Warrior Doors believe in looking after our planet. That’s why, wherever possible, we recycle our waste materials. Products such as steel can be recycled. The money we receive from recycling our waste is all sent directly to our sponsored charity Africa Equip to by valuable resources and equipment for children in deprived areas.
